Venue rental supports the celebration. Your catering, photography, flowers and other vendor contracts remain separate.
Ceremony
Four ceremony options; rustic benches and arbor. The barn is the indoor backup, with guests seated at dinner tables.
Reception
Core round and rectangular tables, x-back chairs for indoor use, linens, napkins, rustic bar, chandeliers and twinkle lights.
Guest comfort
Indoor bathrooms, heating and cooling units, parking assistance and golf-cart support in this venue concept. Confirm the actual access route during the tour.
Outside
Bonfire pits, firewood, attendants and lawn games. An optional tent is separate and does not increase the 160-person estate limit.
The Inn
Sunday: 1 PM–11 PM daytime access. One Day: 9 AM–midnight daytime access. Full Weekend: Friday and Saturday overnight stays, sleeping six, with Sunday 11 AM checkout.
Before signing
Agree on exact furniture quantities, staffing, vendor access, event end times, insurance, payment terms and exclusions in the real venue contract. This demonstration is not a booking offer.
